Truck Driving Championships

Each year, the TMTA and the TMTA Safety Management Council are proud to present the Texas Truck Driving Championships, during which the finest drivers across the state are recognized for their skills.

The competition includes Regional Championships at four locations across Texas in May, leading up to the State Championships, traditionally held in Bryan/College Station each June.

Those drivers that earn 1st place honors in each class of competition at the State Championships are then invited to compete at the National Championships in August, where they face off against the top professional truck drivers from around the nation. The event attracts over 2,000 cheering friends, family, colleagues and spectators.
